[Solved] Back office login malfunction

Hi there,

 

I'm currently using Prestashop v 1.4.1 and i'm a newbie to prestashop, Our development server and production server have the same configuration. When i try login to back office of prestashop with correct credentials, i got redirected to a blank page and immediately redirected to login page again. If i gave the wrong credentials it says Invalid username or password. This issue can found only the production server not in the development server. Can anyone please help me on this issue? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

 

I have solved this issue myself, it is caused by the case sensitivity in the cookie path. After change my case in my URL then it logs me in correctly... Thanks for your co-operation....
