login in button on home screen

I swear before I upgraded to latest version there was a login button on the home page at the top right near the search bar now there is nothing. I need this because if customers return to my site they have to put an item in the checkout to get the option to login. How can I get a login link on my home page please

Hi dribblef,

I just took a look at your site's code with a developer, and it appears that the header_user div may have been accidentally overwritten at some point. In this situation, the best thing to do would be to install a clean copy of your theme and work from there, or at least compare the individual files of your theme to the clean copy I've attached below to try to determine where this may have occurred on your site.

Thanks Mike, I installed a theme that installed a module called top header or something so that might be it. I wanted a bar accross the top and the new prestashop theme did not have one

In that header.tpl which part of the code is talking about the login it link I cant see it

It definitely looks like that menu bar could be the root of this issue, as the rest of the theme appears to be the PrestaShop default template. Go ahead and try installing the theme I attached above and switch to it, and then let me know if the login links are still missing.
