Combine product using Pack option

Hi all,

 

I'm still very new with Presta, which I just started less than a week. I have a question regarding products that I created individually with different name.

 

Item A ($10) with 2 x 4 combination with different stock level each

• 2 version (Button & Zipper)
  
• 4 color variation for each version
  

Item B ($10) with 5 combination with different stock level

• 1 version (Button)
  
• 5 color variation
  

I'm intend to create a promotion pack which containing 2 item in one pack 1 from Item A and 1 from Item B with costing $18.

 

First, is it possible for me to use pack which I added one from each item where in front office customer can choose them. Second, in terms of stock level it will be controlled by individual item so that I don't have to create the initial stock during creating the promotion pack.

 

Meaning that customer can:

1. either buy 1 piece of item A or B which cost them $10 from any of the combination.
   
2. buy 1 piece from each item A and B with total cost of $20
   
3. buy a promotion pack containing Item A and B with costing $18
   

When customer did purchase from option 3 above, stock level in Item A & B will be reduce without manual stock adjustment.

Hi All....

 

I'm also searching for an option which will let us combine different product in a pack. When user will add to cart on item, other products in pack will also be visible and added in cart.
