Guest checkout functionality in PayPal test mode

Hello

 

I can not understand guest checkout functionality (PrestaShop™ 1.4.6.2).

 

On my local site I switched on "Enable guest checkout".

 

1. Login as a guest

2. Use paypal test mode for payment.

3. Then the control is passed to my site on the page guest-tracking?slowvalidation where

there is a form "Guest transaction" with 2 input fields: "Order ID:" and "E-mail:"

 

What does this form mean?

I don't have any information about this order in the admin part. Looks like this checkout incomplete.

 

Please help me.

Actually, the workflow doesn't depend on payment method - I added moneybookers in test mode and receive the same result.

 

I still need a help.
