jtrlho
Hi We're running Prestashop 1.4.6.2 at www.sisterunika.dk/shop and we would like to customize the 404 not found page but it doesn not seem that Presta is using the 404.tpl in the theme directory. Instead it's just displaying an error saying: Der er 1 fejl: 01. Kategorien findes ikke. Which means "There's 1 error: 01. The category does not exist". The way I'm testing it is just to type some rubbish after our URL, e.g. www.sisterunika.dk/shop/blah. Then I get the error above but would have expected the 404 error containing another error message and a search box which is found in the 404.tpl in our template. How to enable the correct 404 page? Thank you in advance.
Delart
Same problem here, here is how to solve it: just rename the friendly url from 404-error to error-404, so PS won't be looking for a category with 404 id. Sorry to re-bump such an old topic, I hope it helps.
