Creating a Template for xt:Commerce

Hello everybody,

Prestashop is a really nice shopsystem, but not really legal in Germany. So i decided to
use xt:Commerce as software.

But in regard to the design, xt is very unsightly. So I ended in the idea to create from the
prestashop design a template for xt.

The question is: Can I use the pictures and parts of the Stylesheets without mentioning
prestashop in my imprint?
