Categories not showing and other problems

I'm totaly new on prestashop and need help please, I have following problems

1. Categories not showing, I have added categoris and product, search for iphone

[sOLVED] by disabling categories block and enable agin, hooks problem.

 

2. disable price showing for guest/just registred can see prices and buy.

3. disable registration and don't show registration link, just admin can add new users

4. gettings these

"VAT number not found, Identification number is incorrect or has already been used."

5. getting "There are no carriers available that deliver to this address"

[sOLVED] almost solved, by disabling shipping cost, anyway I will have free shipping on my shop

6. minimum purchase function don't work correctly,

it's not updating the page when I change the Qty to go over the minimum limit, i have to update the page, and when I'm over the minimum limit I can just change back Qty, and even if I'm not reached the minimum purchase limit I can still proceed the bying progress.

7. how to change invoice footer

8. how to create custom invoice for each order

9. how to change cach on dilevery text and info

I did already but don't find help there :/
