Error 10474 This transaction cannot be processed. The shipping country is not allowed by the buyer's

Hello,

I recently upgraded from 1.3.1 to 1.4.6.2, before i don´t have any problem with paypal, i receive orders from all around the world, but now with the module Paypal v2.8.5 my clients can´t pay and receive an "10474" error.

1. PayPal response:
   
2. TIMESTAMP -> 2011-12-12T13:35:19Z
   
3. L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10474
   
4. L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Invalid Data
   
5. L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> This transaction cannot be processed. The shipping country is not allowed by the buyer's country of residence.
   
6. L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error
   

 

In this example the client is from Spain and want to sent a gift to Uruguay.

Its seems that i'm the only one with this problem. The solution I've found so far is to disable the paypal API. not the best solution but seems to work well.

 

I hope someone can help me with the 10474 error, so i and my customers can use Paypal normally.

i faced this error too, error:

Can buyer from ANY COUNTRY (A) made an online purchase But delivery address is to Country B?
