Order confirmation email problems

Hello,

 

I'm having problems with the order confirmation email. When a customer receives the email, the delivery address and the billing address sections are left completely blank. Everything else on the email is filled out perfectly fine.

 

Any ideas as to what might be causing this? And could someone tell me what files and folders controls the email responses.

 

I'm using prestashop 1.4.4.1.
