Product Image Upload zip problem

Hi, I am using Prestashop v1.4.1. I always upload multiple images for product by zip file and it works perfectly until yesterday, it show error as below:

 

1 error 1. image not recognized, allowed formats are: .gif, .jpg, .png

 

I have check the file size, file format, they are correct. The error only occur when I try to upload zip file.

 

Try to google and search this forum but hvnt found any soluntion yet, anyone know how to fix?

No one knows this answer? It seems a lot of people are having this problem. IF this is a bug does anyone have a solution?? This just bugs me since I have soo many images I have to post and would take FOREVER. I can't believe there is no solution for this problem...

Okay for anyone interested I got help my problem was a small stupid solution and that was that I did not , I repeat did not Zip just the pictures not including the file.

 

Incorrect: Zip the file with the photos inside.

Correct: Zip the photos within the folder only!

 

Wow, thank goodness for Prestashop techni services!

Hi guys, above "solution" also did not help me at all. It took me several days now to find my own solution. I can help you all out now with an alternative great fantastic workaround with regards to this annoying issue..And its much much better to use instead of the build in zip upload function (which actually is not working always).
