rseasy
Hello, I have a huge problem since 04/12/2011 or 05/12/2011. I have been trying to restore the access to my website since then. My website is no longer working. The URL of the website is: Hosting company Maven said that it's probably a modification that we have made that caused the problem. But we did not modified any files for months expect for .HTACCESS file. They are trying to help but without much success. They said since I have an another shop running under Prestashop 1.4.4.0. It's not related to a server problem and therefore not their concern. And I have the following error: 404 Not Found The page that you have requested could not be found. I'm running Prestashop 1.3.1.1 since quite a long time now. The server info are below Construction de cPanel 11.30.5 (build 2) Version Apache 1.3.42 Version PHP 5.2.9 Version MySQL 5.0.92-community-log Architecture i686 Système d'exploitation linux Version PERL 5.8.8 Version du kernel 2.6.32.2-xxxx-grs-ipv4-32 cPanel Pro 1.0 (RC1) I have tried to restore several backup folder + SQL database ( 1 day , 1 week , 1 month , ...) before the "crash" by renaming the original folder "org_site" and by creating the same folder "site" with the backup files. As for the SQL database I drop the content of the database and redumped the backup database. But unfortunatly I had the same error. So I believe that the problem is not related to Prestashop files or SQL database. So I reverted back the original files + SQL database. Did anyone knows how to solve this problem? Thank you in advance for your help and support. Edited August 10, 2012 by rseasy (see edit history)

Mike Kranzler
Hi rseasy, Your site is working fine for me as well. Are you still having this issue? And if not, can you please post the solution for others who may have this issue in the future? -Mike
rseasy
The problem was that someone infected a few files in our website. We had to cleanup all modified files.
