Reordering Categories in 1.4.6.2

Hey everyone,

 

I have 1.4.6.2, and reordering categories simply by changing their sort order in the BO does not work for me. They appear alphabetically no matter what. The old way of doing it by appending .01,.02, etc. to the beginning of the name also does not work.

 

Any insights on this would be greatly appreciated. I might even write a rap song for you.

Oh, for the sake of the song I would say)

 

- Go to the admin tab - catalog

- look at the category)

- then press and hold in the chosen category - where the position

- move

(druag-n-drop)

You can move category and change position? If 'yes' - go to Preferences - Perfomance and disable all cache, after go to shop and F5)
