Alexbg
Hello, I did the following problem: Wanting to enter the control panel that asks us to e-mail address and password, it tells me that the employee does not exist or password is wrong. Yet the problem is bigger: when I did the record, by default set me an email: admin @ "elnombredemiweb.es" Is, being that this e-mail I do not I have created in my email accounts: only I am using to enter control panel Prestashop. So if I click on "Forgot password? Is useless because it" exists "this email account, but only for Prestashop Say .... register right now email address in my host's CPanel but there now appears to me not any new mail. So, I have ways to get to my control panel Prestashop Is there any way to recover my password by other means?, Or I can from my CPanel host any files into the folder and able to Prestashop appropriate amendments to retrieve or create a new account? Regards, Alex
