alin_mvy Posted December 9, 2011 Share Posted December 9, 2011 Hello, I have a problem with the customer "My account" block. I can't see it no longer. Try to install/dessinstall it but still doesn't appear on the main page. It is that pink block that appears when a user logs to his account. What can i do to get it back? Dave L Posted December 10, 2011 Share Posted December 10, 2011 Not usually the way to resolve an issue like this but if you are upgrading anyway I guess you could try it. Just make a note of what changes you were making prior to the module not appearing in case you still have the problem after upgrading. i'm afraid not to loose the products from the website and the settings If you make a backup of your site and database before upgrading there's nothing to worry about.
