My account block problem

Hello, I have a problem with the customer "My account" block. I can't see it no longer. Try to install/dessinstall it but still doesn't appear on the main page.

 

It is that pink block that appears when a user logs to his account.

 

What can i do to get it back? I tried to install a different block but still not showing up...

Maybe you could delete the module in Modules/Positions, reset the module in Modules/Front Office features then transplant it back to the position you want it in.

 

that didn't worked.still doesn't show up. I delete it, reinstall it, reset it, moved it but i doesn't work.

Not usually the way to resolve an issue like this but if you are upgrading anyway I guess you could try it. Just make a note of what changes you were making prior to the module not appearing in case you still have the problem after upgrading.

 

i'm afraid not to loose the products from the website and the settings

 

If you make a backup of your site and database before upgrading there's nothing to worry about.
