[SOLVED] CSS missing - paypal submit page

Bizarrely, all the css seems to be missing from the page just after a customer chooses to pay with paypal (submit.php)

It only seems to be happening in Safari - in Firefox its fine

I haven't changed anything in this module at all - can't imagine what the problem could be !

Any ideas ?

i haven't yet opened the shop to the public, so its disabled via the preferences tab,

Please could you post how this was solved?

I have a layout issue with paypal submit.php, but I can't find an associated css to adjust the page layout, looking via chrome developer tools, all the settings are inherited from global.css.
