returning customer login problem?

Hi Guys,

 

Suddenly on the front-office... if you try to login as a returning customer it simply refreshes the page with no error or indication of what the problem is... meaning you can't progress.

 

Any ideas of what might cause this??

Hi,

I got the same prob right now ... but with only 1 out of 3 languages in use.

 

This means, that the login works with 2 languages (en & fr) , but does not work with the german one.

In german the page is just reloading and nothing else happens.

 

the seo is on, and all redirects are set. what is wrong ??

have to add some line:

problem goes further ... actually if i login in fr or en i can switch between those two languages without any problems. If i switch to german language (the same that causes login problems) i am logged out immidiately and all what is in cart is lost.

 

so, thanks for your help and solution ideas

 

 

new add ... maybe important information: german language is main/standart language ... this means i cannot even switch it off until bug is solved :-(

you'll need to add something to cart to get to the authentication step.... if you make an account though, you can go no further

I have the same problem too. After adding aditional language customer can login only over English language.

Please help.
