e-mail stoped working

Hi,

The notification mails are not send anymore. I also cannot send test email. It just stoped working. The settings are correct as nobody change them. I use manual smtp settings.

How can I reset these settings in my database, because I think the problem is actually there?

 

Also when I use php mail, the test mail is send to gmail, but when I send it to my other email, I don`t recieve it althought prestashop says that it was send successfully.

 

Any suggestions?

If you received the message in gmail using prestashop with php it is working correctly. Try a different smtp server to send the mail. Possibly your ISP changed settings to prevent spamming.

i also set smtp settings for gmail, but it still doesn`t work.

I found this on the forum to test where the problem is. I created new Message.php file and pasted the code and the mail arrived in both cases with smtp and php settings.

So there is not a problem with server settings, I guess. I also uploaded new Message.php, but it doesn˙t work.

Any ideas?

Is there an entry for mail setup in my database that I could restore from my database backup files?
