Customizing Invoice template and Manual Invoice Generation

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to customize the invoice which is generated as we want to add few lines like "Authorized Signatory" so that our representative can sign the invoice during dispatch of the orders.

Also, we want to add manual invoices so that we can proceed with our bulks sales

Please define what the manual billing module is, and also what your online module is?

@belini: Right the invoices are generated for all the online purchases which are made at our portal. We also want to have a billing module for the offline bulk invoices i.e. where we approach the customer and deal is cracked so we want to have a single unified billing system i.e. all the online and offline nvoices must be in sync. So tell me how to generate the invoices for the offline module so that we can upload it to database...!!!
