how to use qoutation

hi,

 

i'm setting up a webshop for building blocks and tiles. I want people who visit my site give the opportunity to select an type of tile or brick and then also a contractor + extra information. So i can look add the qoutation and estimate a price for them. but this doesn't have to go to the shopping cart. they also have the original possibilty of just ordering trough the shopping cart and getting the tiles delivered without adding a contractor or asking a qoutation.

 

does anyone now a way or a module that can be used for this ?
