rickyrobot Posted December 6, 2011 Share Posted December 6, 2011 Dear Prestashop forum. im new to prestashop and it was a great adventure making a theme. but now i have got a strange problem that i realy need to solve. when i upload a image for a product. it does show in the admin panel and product page but not on the homepage / new-products ( cover-image ) it uses 2 different images. the image that does not work had to be located in the img/p/number map. like: /img/p/7/2/72-home.jpg but there is no img/p/7 MAP. -------------------------------------- you can see the problem here: http://unscene.nl/shop/new-products.php this image isnt made: http://unscene.nl/shop/img/p/7/2/72-home.jpg here it works: http://unscene.nl/shop/product.php?id_product=16 ----------------------------------------------------------------- things i tryed: - upload different file types and sizes - making my img map chmod 777 - re generate images can you please help me. ! greets Ricky Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

rickyrobot Posted December 7, 2011 Author Share Posted December 7, 2011 Hi nicolaj! i have solved this problem 2day!! im gonna tel you what i have done. and i hope it solves your problem 2! -goto your admin panel -Preferences -Images -click on: HOME ( the image setting ) by default 129 x 129 -and be sure the Image setings are ON at the page there not visible ( with me it was "products" ) - then REGENERATE thumbnails in your admin panel - and update your htacces hope it helps greets Ricky Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
