Internal Serve Error When I set up API call

Hi every body.

I'm new to prestashop and I find it a great software very easy to use and configure.

But at the moment I'm figuring a problem with Paypal:

If I do not configure the API Data (user, password, signature) everything works correctly (in sand box & normal mode).

But if I try to configure the API data, clicking on order confirmation button I get an Internal server error:

 

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [no address given] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

 

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

 

I have checked the Chmod permission on paypall module folder ad are ok: 755.

 

I really cannot find a reason please some one can help me?

I am having the same problem... wish someone could help, I'm loosing sales because of this error.

 

I also get this error when doing the "Payment by check".

Hi guys,

 

I changed the permissions to 755 on the module folder and all sub folders (including the paypal) and files through filezilla and it now works, hope this helps
