ToXxX
Hi, I have 2 costumer groups, one is default and the discount is set 0%, the other group has discount set 10%. If i add a new specific price, for example edit field Product price and set 100, then the price is 100 for the default group but for the other group isn't ok becouse it's 90. Is there any way to set the same price for all the customers groups? Thanks for replies and my apologies for my bad english.
doekia
Normally you set the price on the product as the default (ex: 100), Then you add a specific price for the group (not the default) to 90. Once a user member of the second group connects, he will see 90 while all other users will see 100 Hope this helps. Best (d)oekia
ToXxX
I have to do something different, let me do an example so i can explain better the problem. Example: Group A, no discount, group B, 10% discount. The product has a "normal" price of 200 The group A see 200, the group B see 180 (200-10%). I have to do an offer and set it to 150 for all my customers of both group. If I set it in the specific price tab for all the groups, then the group A users will see 150, but group B users will see 135 (150-10%) and i don't want this becouse i want that all my customers see the price 150. Any idea?
doekia
Leave the product to 200. Do no use group reduction in the group panel For each product Alternative 1 ========== Set the group B to have a specific price of -10% (180) Do nothing for group A When you want to make a special offer: Create a special price for group B of 150 as amount for the period of the offer Create a special price for group A of 150 as amount for the period of the offer No real easy way to achieve your goal that way. Alternative 2 ========== Another option is to set under normal circonstances special for B to be 180 as amount During the special offer period create a specific of 150 as amount for all groups CAUTION each time I mentionned as amount, you have to do the math in between price w/o tax and expected price w/ tax
ToXxX
I think that the first alternative is the right way to do special offers; but if I do like you said, for group B i'll have 135(150 - 10%). The system takes the value in field Product price in the specific price tab and then apply the discount of the group. You said: ... Alternative 1 ========== Set the group B to have a specific price of -10% (180) Do nothing for group A When you want to make a special offer: Create a special price for group B of 150 as amount for the period of the offer Create a special price for group A of 150 as amount for the period of the offer No real easy way to achieve your goal that way. ... In this case i have to do: Create a special price for group B of 166,66 (166,66-10%=150) as amount for the period of the offer Create a special price for group A of 150 as amount for the period of the offer And this is not easy to do I you have many groups to manage. joseantgv
Hi, I think that you can use this module to set this configuration: http://addons.prestashop.com/en/7422-price-increment-reduction-by-groups-categories-more.html
