Invalid Security Certificate Message

I have been having a lot of trouble with orders paid via paypal; error 10736 is repeatedly encountered, and I thought it was because customers were not selecting the state, hence having an error with Paypal. However I don't think all these people are doing that, and there are other errors too when I try to fix it from the back office (add a state). What causes that?

 

I am attaching a screen shot of a customer who was having another problem once she did get past the initial address problem. What does this mean - invalid security certificate?? Can you duplicate the problem? http://kingsbloomingrose.com/cart2/prestashop/cart?qty=1&id_product=57&add

This is not an issue relative to PrestaShop. It means that the certificate of your domain is not valid.

Thanks so much for telling me that, as I didn't know that was the problem. Will that fix the problems I am having with paypal/error 10736?

 

Is it bad to make the cart not require a SSL - what kind of safety does a SSL provide?

Is this deal with godaddy.com (http://www.godaddy.c...rtificates.aspx) for $12.99/month sound right? Or is that not what I need for a Secure SSL Certificate?

Ask your hosting provider what the best for your server.

I can't tell you if the the certificate will be okay with your hosting server.
