Csv import problem

Hi friends,

 

I have a problem about .csv import. When i try to import the products sample csv file, in 3rd step, the page is empty. Nothing happened. I attached the screenshot. (prestashop version 1.4.6.2)

 

I wanna import my csv file so what should i do?
