Prestashop cross selling module not working

I am running prestashop shopping cart and I enabled its cross selling module. After enabling it I could not see any thing on cart saying "customer who bought this product also bought" etc Is there anything I missed?

Hi imrant,

The module does not work retroactively with orders placed before enabling the module, only with products purchased from the moment it was enabled. I would ask that you give your customers some time to make some purchases, and then check to see if it is working for you at that point.

I've placed many test orders with multiple items and this module has only worked once for me for 1 product... Anyone else having issues with this module?

You have to place actual orders, otherwise you will not be able to see this module. It takes on consideration only orders whom their order status is "shipping"

That did it, thanks Elena! Changed the status of the order to "Shipped" and now it's working.
