If I aquire my own hosting and open my own prestashop account and install a fresh prestashop site on my new server, is there a way to transfer my database and all the items I listed up for sale as it took ages??? Although my logon name is an email address of mine that I guess I have lost now?? Is there a way for me to take ownership of the account. nostradamus Posted December 1, 2011 Share Posted December 1, 2011 Yes you can do a complete transfer it takes about 2 hours depends on your isp speed and data amount. butt it easy to change the login details in the employees tab, you can change the email and password there.
