Mike Kranzler
Hi Martin, We're already aware of this and working on fixing it within the system, but we did receive your ticket and will be having a developer looking into it for you. However, please understand that including "Urgent" in your title will not speed up the process. As a matter of fact, if it prevents us from seeing the entire subject of your ticket, it may actually slow it down. While we're still working out a kink or two with the initial ticket email, you will receive an email as soon as our tech team goes to work and comments on it. -Mike
