Add "sales tax" line on PDF invoice?

How do I get my PDF invoice to list "Sales Tax" on the invoice, after "Total products (tax excl.)". Also, how do I remove the last line of Total (tax excl.) from the invoice. I am in the U.S. and need my invoice to read a bit differently.

 

I went to PDF translations, and edited by invoice to read as follows:

Sub Total:

Sales Tax: **This, I want to add here on the invoice.

Shipping Fee:

Total:

Total (excl. tax): **This I don't want on the invoice.

 

If you can tell me what & where to cut and paste, I would certainly appreciate it.
