mindhaze Posted November 29, 2011 Share Posted November 29, 2011 Hey guys, I am having problems with some of the options not being available on the Fedex Carrier module. Can someone point me in the right direction? It says "not available" for some of the shipping options. Maybe this is something that needs to be set through Fedex... hrmmm... Thanks so much in advance guys.. I'm really stuck! My boss is going to kill me if I don't make my deadline by tomorrow! Again, thank you guys in advance. Yes, everything is setup correctly. It says that it's able to establish the connection, and some shipping options are available when checking out. Thanks again! Mike Kranzler Posted November 30, 2011 Share Posted November 30, 2011 Hi Paul, I just spoke with a developer, and I think we've got this all squared away for you. Basically, this is a small bug in the Back Office which the dev will be addressing today, and all it does is list international shipping options as "not available" when what it really means is that those options are only available for international shipping. In essence, this is just a wording issue that should have no bearing on your front office, because if your customer is choosing a shipping option while inside of your country, those would not be available for him anyway because you wouldn't ship internationally within your own country. We will be making some adjustments to the Back Office side of this module to limit further confusion, but you can tell your boss that this should have zero effect on your store.
