Hi Genet,

You can handle all your translations in your Back Office under Tools > Translations. There, you can make changes to Front Office, Back Office, Module and Email template translations very easily.

Those expressions can be changed or translated in your Back Office under Tools > Translations > Front Office Translations > history.

You can find Order Confirmation in the Front Office Translations as well. If you're ever having trouble finding a specific expression, just use CTRL+F to search the page for the phrase you're looking for.
