Page blanche des modules aprés migration de 1.3.7 vers1.4.5 (back-office)

Bonjour,

Après migration de ma boutique de la version 1.3.7 vers la version 1.4.5 de prestashop, j'ai eu un problème au niveau du Back-office exactement dans l'administration des modules dans la quelle il y a une page blanche, après, activation "display_errors" voila le message qui s’affiche :

NB: se problème ne se présente que lorsque j'active le smarty 3.
