medfordite
This issue has been bugging us severely. This is the THIRD attempt at trying to find the cause and have been at a loss as to what is going on. We have roughly 5200+ products (Yes, it is a lot). Some categories have well over 6 pages of products in each sub category. When you click to go to the next page, or the page number, it returns with: "There are no products" Also, the Category (Stock one from Prestashop) module, clears out with no categories until page reload. We are about 60% through with editing of our products which consists of copy/paste the long description into the HTML box to convert it, then update the description. The last time this happened to us, we were about 80% done with our products. The first time, we were about the same in progress. Steps to try to fix our issue: Reinstall the store itself, wipe the server clean and install the script once more. Restore the DB from backup. (Same error exists. ) Reinstall the site on a VPS server with 1gb of memory constraints, (old server 128mb top memory), same issue. Update our software to most current version with Fresh import of our products forcing re-editing of our already saved descriptions. This is driving us insane and is delaying our store opening. medfordite
I have noticed this to be the same issue with the shop closed and open. It is very random at the moment. Anybody have any ideas?
medfordite
Thanks to the Prestashop team - we figured it out. For future reference, the Layered Categories Module was incorrectly configured.
