Trouble with Paypal Module Accepting Addresses

I've had trouble with customers not filling in the address form exactly right (for example, not selecting a state or completing another field). I've lost many orders because of this; when the customer reaches the paypal page, it errors (and reports to me error number 10736).

 

What would happen if I changed this page in my host:

 

prestashop/modules/paypal/payment/paypalpayment.php? Is there any of the required fields I could change in that code that would eliminate the customer's frustration in not knowing that the errors is a simple problem like fixing their address? Like, being able to edit their address IN paypal (without going back to cart) or having a notice there??
