Admin area not displaying properly

Hi to all ,

 

Im having problems with back office not displaying properly. Seems everything has lost its original format.

Images not showing,

text showing with different fonts

 

Flags not showing at all , shows "caracters cant be displayed" error message.

my logo is not showing either. I can see the typical logo as the image was missing.

 

All layout is messed up.

 

Module section is not working, i can see it but when clicked nothing happens.

 

Same happens with messages.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks !!
