Shutter Men
I just upgraded from 1.4.4.1 to 1.4.6.2. I am using the same product CSV file as before, and it is importing all the data except for the images. I am receiving this error on all images: "Error copying image:/html/images/ACS-37350.jpg". Both my images and prestashop folders are subfolders of the html directory(meaning I have my import images folder outside of prestashop). I also made sure my /img folder and subfolders are set a 777. Is there something I am not seeing (as this worked fine in 1.4.4.1)?
Shutter Men
Solved 11/29 received a call from tech support. They got me close. Afterwards I figured out: 1) my images folder was actually called /html/BHC images/ so i changed it to /html/BHCimages/ (removed the space) 2) in BO under Preferences>Products I turned legacy file system back on, then erased data and reimported. I must have played with this setting after doing the original import. Everything works fine now. Hope this helps

javipr
which is the default import directory? I mean, if you have "/" in csv, where should file be to be imported?
