leetvape
I posted elsewhere and got no replies so I thought I would come here. I'm getting the dreaded Server Error 500 on my product pages. It only happens when I try to navigate to a specific product page. See images: The add to cart button is disabled and unclickable. When I click the link to see the product's specific page, it gives me this: It wasn't doing this prior to installing a few random modules but I don't see where they can be the cause. I don't know where my .htaccess file is. I host on GoDaddy and don't ever recall seeing one in the ftp folder structures. I dont think I have URL rewriting enabled, so I'm lost. what gives? El Patron
is your server error_log not available? You can contact your hosting company if you don't know how to find it or have trouble accessing it. This will tell you and the community exactly what your error is. if you have root access look in var/log/httpd file error_log (linux apache) p.s. htaccess, make sure you ftp program is set to view hidden files.
