Problem with some pages "The website has generated a redirect loop"

Recommended Posts

Hello

I have a problem with some pages of my shop;

The url rewriting on products, categories, etc. personal account, it works perfectly.

I have some rather serious problems with the footer where there are links to the "Contacts""About Us" "Delivery" "Terms and Conditions": if I click on these links I will return the page with the following message "The website has generated a redirect loop "

Alcom with that? you know what's the problem? alternatively there is a way to exclude the urlrewriting certain pages? if you like?

Thanks in advance for the answers.

P.S. The site is www. otticamolica. it

Well the good news for you is that is all working perfectly for me.

Try clearing your browser cache and deleting the prestashop cookie and try again.

Dave try to click on "CONTATTI" in the footer, than click on "TERMINI E CONDIZIONI" , than click on "CHI SIAMO" , than click on "CONSEGNA" and finally click on "CHI SIAMO"

Try it and you see page will give you "The website has generated a redirect loop"

why? :(

Ah! my mistake. I now see what you mean.

Going to each of the links from your homepage works fine. However, clicking on those same links from the CMS page gives you the redirecting problem.

I don't know what is causing this but I did note the URL when going from Terms to Chi Siamo. It looked like this with

/content/content/ in the URL.

http://www.otticamolica.it/content/content/4-chi-siamo

Apologies for not understanding earlier.
