The customer receives an emil confirmation of the order, however an email is not sent to me. I know I can check the order in the back office, but is there a way to notify ME of any orders by email? Dave L Posted November 25, 2011 Share Posted November 25, 2011 This function is not enabled by default but it is there. Log in to your BO and go to Modules>Administration>Mail Alerts and install the module. Then Configure as there are some options to set in there.
