Greek language entries for date not accepted

I try to add the settings for Greek language before i import the Greek language but i get an error:

 

 

 

What is wrong here?

 

Also i want to have greek on the shop as it is not important for the admin panel.

 

Also i want to add the prices in Euro and not in Dollars ....

 

Any help please?
