chrisNeuman Posted November 23, 2011 Share Posted November 23, 2011 Hello I purchased PrestBox a few days back. While trying to upload my csv document I accidentally messed up my subcategories. I have now over 15000! It is impossible to delete all those via the backend. Is there any other way to delete subcategories? On prestabox there is not ftp access. The people behind prestabox don't really care about their customers it seems. I send numerous messages and asked for help. No reply at all! Can anybody here help me as my store doesn't load anymore.
