[SOLVED] Footer links are gone.

I installed the new PrestaShop, with no problems, except I don't have any information showing where my footer info should be. There is a line at the bottom of my page, but now footer info. What do I need to do? I am using the older theme, not the new one with the big footer. Thank you.

In BO Modules>Front office module>CMS block, Configure and check the box for Display the Footer's various links, Save.

I did that. Checked "display the Footer's various links", and also checked the links. Saved, but still nothing under the footer line. Thank you.

Are all your module folder permissions correct? Maybe worth checking.

There are no footer modules showing under my module section. How do I install a footer module? Thank you.

I think it's now part of the blockcms module.

 

However, all your module folders and sub-folders should be writeable.

Yeah!!! I reset the cms module and now I have footer links. I have spent most of my time looking for a footer module. Thank you for letting me know that is is now part of the blockcms module. I appreciate your quick response! Thank you.
