Add subcategory error

Hi all.

 

I am trying to add a subcategory to my home category, but all I get is this error message: "An error occurred while creating object. category ()" Has anyone on here had this problem and could provide a solution?

Same here, currently running on PS 1.4.4.1.

 

- No subcategory list on back office catalog.

- No category block on front website.

- Cannot add a new subcategory.

- Error while adding/updating subcategory:

An error occurred while creating object. category ()

 

Any ideal, anyone please.

Found my own solution. Database catagories corrupted. Reinstall prestashop did solve my problem. If you have done your backup frequently, then just restore to your previous stable database might helps.
