Domain address pointing to Prestabox homepage and not my shop

Hi, can anyone out there help me. I'm signed up through prestabox, 'cos I'm not clued up enough to do the programming stuff! I have two domain names registered through prestashop. The original one goes to my site. The second, and the one I need to be working as it's the name of my store, points to the Prestabox homepage and not my shop. It is set as the main Domain in Back Office>Home>Domain Names. Can anyone help me get back on track please? I've submitted a support ticket to the Prestaweb team, but after five days I still haven't heard anything - I suspect they're snowed under, so I could really use your help!
