PrestaShop Checkout Modification

How can I modify the checkout process?

 

for example, "I choose the product

next is will take me to create an account or returning customer page

after I enter the email it should take me to the place where I need to add more information like

name, password, date of birth, phone number etc.

after that it should take me to the delivery page where a calender , delivery address, message option for the recipient

after that it should take me to the payment section".

 

I have my own cPanel hosting with PrestaShop installed in there.

 

I appreciate your time and advice on this issue.
