scottmb23
Not sure what happened but Prestashop used to show all of the products listed under there categories but now just shows the amount of products but beneath that says there are none (in red) and doesn't show the images. Check any category on this shop link and you will see what I mean. http://ktandpaul.com/shop/ Any advice, hints?
tomerg3
Have you made any changes? It could either be related to a theme change (check if the issue occurs with the default theme), or, it could be caused by a core file change / override (did you make any recently)? scottmb23
Have you made any changes? It could either be related to a theme change (check if the issue occurs with the default theme), or, it could be caused by a core file change / override (did you make any recently)? Not that I know of, and like I said, it worked with the theme initially. I've made to many adjustments to this them overall to remember what might have done it and I don't want to replace the theme and re-do everything. Any suggestions? What else can I post here that might help people diagnose the issue?
tomerg3
Well, the first step would be to identify the source of the problem (theme or core change). I wasn't suggesting to delete anything or redo anything, if your theme was developed correctly, it should have a new name (not /themes/prestashop), in which case, simply go to the Preferences->Appearance tab and change theme selection). If your theme is still named prestashop, rename it and copy the original theme that was in your version of PS. If the problem persists, you'll know it's related to a core PS change. scottmb23
The problem was the Layered Navigation Module which is a common issue with this theme (Matrice). Now solved and working great.
