Twenga Configuration not working at Install sales tracking

Hello

I thought I would try the Twenga module, however I seem to be stuck in the Twenga Ready to Sell Install sales tracking phase.

I've followed the instructions and pasted the hash key into the module configuration. I've entered my twenga username and password and I have Activated tracking.

 

At the twenga ready to sell page it still has an hour glass at Install sales tracking.

I phoned twenga in London on Wednesday, but got an answer machine message saying they would call back, but so far not had a reply.

 

The feed URL that the module said should go into twenga doesn't seem vaild as there is a double forward slash here: http://www.toytowntoys.co.uk//modules/

If I go the the feed URL with or without the // I get Internal Server Error.

 

I had an email from Twenga yesterday with a link to https://rts.twenga.co.uk/contact_form but when I try to navigate there I end up at https://rts.twenga.co.uk/LandingPage and doen't seem to be able to go back and make any changes to settings.

 

Has anyone had anything similar? How do you get support from Twenga? They've had their 90p I feel I should try to persist, but maybe I am mistaken and I should stick with just Google merchant.

I have the exact same problem, still waiting for an answer to my email asking whats wrong. They had my 90p too, seems like a great income generator all those 90p's
