Changing Category Image Size

Hi guys,

 

I am a new prestashop user and I am about halfway through the customisation of a new store. I have purchase the rcseats theme from prestashop and been customizing it ok until now. I wanted to increase the Category image size from 500 x 150 px to 556 x 150 px.

 

I read about 30 different forum posts and results on google in relation to this and I am still not understanding how to get this size to take affect.

 

To explain what I have done so far, I have changed the size in BO > Preferences > Images and I have then regenerated the thumbnails. I can see that the size has changed in the store: http://www.lostinsum.../en/12-t-shirts but when I upload the header image to this category (which is exactly 556 x 150) it is still being shrunk to 500 x 150.

 

I have looked through the category.tpl and global.css and category.css and a few other places and cant find the setting to amend this.

 

You will see from the link above that the new image is smaller than the space set for it, but the image is the right size?? Can anyone help me?

BTW - I am not a hardcore developer, so an explanation for a simple guy would be great!

Looks correct to me (556 x 150), make sure you clear your browser cache....
