substract eco tax from minimum purchase amount

hello everyone,

i would like to say thanks for all developers that helped out beginners.

 

i have a store where the minimum amount of purchase is set to a value lets say : A

and some products have an ecotax applied to them

 

the tax is added to the product price when added to the cart,

 

when the minimum amount of purchase is reached there is possibly a certain value of eco tax lets say : B

 

what i want is that the minimum amount should be calculated as follow :

minimumAmount= A - B

 

so the user cant checkout till he reach the minimum amount (ecotax excluded)

 

please help me with this.
