Here is what I did: I bought some product and some points was marked as incoming. Went in to backoffice and marked the the order as delivered. Now the loyalty points are valid. Then I converted the points to a voucher. And now I have a voucher of $10. That voucher can't be used under the returning period which is great. What i did next was that I return all products. The points summary shows that I lost my points and I have a negative amount of points. BUT the voucher is still there. I then edited the voucher so that it could be used right now.
