THYE Posted November 15, 2011 Share Posted November 15, 2011 Hello, Anyone who can help a NOVICE in Prestashop Going to my shop and trying to send a mail throgh "contact" i get a hyyp 500 failure !! I have done this: Through Employees - Contacts, i have made two new contacts which are: Webmaster and Customer Service Both these er made with my own e-mail Through Preferrences - E-mail - is configured with settings: use PHP and both Trying to send a mail through the test-email service (same mailadress as used with Webmaster and Customer Service) - THIS WORKS without any problems What am I doing wrong ? In order to fix this issue, I would suggest that you first call your hosting provider, give them this information and ask them for their assistance in identifying the source of the error.
